While foodservice was one of the hardest hit categories in 2020, particularly at the start of the pandemic, it’s already making a comeback. It’s not a stretch to suggest that it has the potential to continue transforming the industry and increasingly making c-stores a destination for customers. But, in order to do this successfully, we need to take a look at three things: improving inventory management, reducing waste and labor inefficiencies.
