PDI is a high-performance, high-values company. Call us old-fashioned, but some things just never go out of style. Whether investing in the growth of our teammates or giving back to the community, our people-first principles influence everything we do. Oh, and we make pretty awesome software, too! A career at PDI means you’re more than just an employee—you’re part of a team. A team that embraces off-the-beaten-pathers, outside-the-box-thinkers, and break-the-mold-problem solvers. Every day our teammates show up for our customers and each other, and they work for a company that shows up for them.

Women in Technology at PDI

PDI proudly supports the Women in Tech initiative. With six female leaders on our executive team, as well as countless female leaders in VP, director, and manager levels across our organization, we strive to provide an environment where women can grow and thrive in our technology and software driven industry.

Our female leaders are active in encouraging other women to reach for upper-management roles. Here are some of the organizations they are a part of: Technology Association of Georgia, Reimagine ATL, and Venture Atlanta.

Check back soon for more details about our women in technology at PDI. In the meantime, listen to our Chief Technology Officer (CTO), Chris Berry, as she talks with the Technology Association of Georgia (TAG) about PDI’s growth journey, the tech trends driving digital transformation across our industries, and the ways PDI is fostering a culture of innovation to deliver leading solutions for its customers.

Employee Spotlight

For me, communication is the main key for success and what attracted me to PDI – I saw this when I was being interviewed. I even found that PDI values the ideas of each individual, which was important to me.

PDI’s work culture makes them unique. It accepts us if we fail and encourages us to learn things instead of insisting that we stick to a single process. PDI always supports us and gives plenty of options so we can choose whichever is right for us. And the trust that they give all of us from Day 1.

This is a great place to work. If you miss this opportunity you will miss out on a great opportunity in your work-life. So, prepare well when you apply. Nothing comes easy.

The best part of my job is being able to work with colleagues who are both smart and friendly. Everyone is always willing to help find the best solution for our clients.

I was initially attracted because of the vision of the company. Our focus is on the c-store industry and how to develop technology that strategically grows our clients’ business via customer loyalty in an ever-changing, competitive retail environment.

Be ready to learn and work with some of the best in the industry while also developing lifelong friendships!

PDI is unique for these reasons: Flexibility – PDI was open to my request for relocation, helping me to be with my family without affecting my job. Company culture – PDI appreciates individual’s ownership and leadership which is important for growth. Leadership – the senior team is very easily accessible, helping me make work prioritization related decisions faster.

PDI appreciates work contribution over time contribution. I can easily accommodate my personal appointments as required. For fun, I like biking, running, playing soccer – anything outdoors.

We are in the early days of unprecedented growth with our global expansion – do not miss it!

My team, hands down! Work is work when you boil it down, but the people make the difference between a J.O.B. and a career.

PDI is unique because it’s a global company that has a small business feel and culture, with leadership that genuinely cares.

If you’re looking for a dynamic, fast-paced environment where you can grow and strengthen your skill set in challenging and meaningful ways… you found it!

There are so many things I enjoy about my job. What tops the list is the ability to work with people around the world to produce tangible results and being able to interact with our amazing customer base to drive our roadmap and development.

I am an avid attendee of Orange Theory Fitness, attending 5-6 days a week. Fitness is really important to me, and PDI is a great supporter of this effort allowing me the flexibility in my schedule to accommodate my passion.

PDI’s fast growing pace in an international market along with an approachable and available leadership team.

For me the best part is not knowing what’s going to happen next. As the Operations Manager, I am constantly moving from one project to another, and for me, not having a mundane set routine makes for a pleasant work life. The occasional traveling is also a plus!

PDI’s company culture. PDI is a very open environment which encourages us to follow new ideas and try new ways to complete tasks.

I would tell them to apply! The work here is very rewarding, and the people are great!

PDI’s focus on technology and software. After some research and talking to a few of their customers I was amazed by the quality and reputation of the company. During my interview process, I was impressed by how everyone spoke about PDI. What left the biggest impression wasn’t what they said, but how it was said – genuinely.

The people I work with. On my first day, I was welcomed and immediately made to feel like one of the team. I also believe everyone at our office is here to make each day better than the last.

A drive to succeed that is embraced by every person at the organization. Not a single day goes by where I haven’t seen everyone in the office working hard to make this a better company. This is the first organization I’ve been a part of to seriously embody their values in order to make every engagement a positive experience for employees and customers.

We build great relationships on real trust. That’s the starting point for our business. Most people think they can go make money and try to do the right thing on top of that. We realize that it’s the starting point for sustainable growth.

It’s not easy making things easy. We care about each other, but if you’re not prepared to work hard you’re on the wrong boat.

I have a small farm outside of town with my family. We garden, raise rabbits and chickens, and we’re looking at Dorper sheep. I also play Celtic music.
