Global petroleum and convenience store technology provider is recognized for exceptional growth and consistent earnings year-over-year

ALPHARETTA, GEORGIA – June 23, 2021 – PDI Software (www.pdisoftware.com), the leader in consumer engagement and enterprise management software for the convenience retail and petroleum wholesale markets, was recently named as an honoree in the 2021 Georgia Fast 40 Awards for the third time by the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) Atlanta. The list recognizes the top 40 fastest-growing middle-market companies in Georgia.

The achievement reflects the company’s strong growth profile over the past three years. In 2020, PDI completed four acquisitions, enhancing its software capabilities to deliver on-demand transaction-level insights, enable a mobile payment platform, and offer intelligent security solutions for its customers. Its most recent acquisitions of Cybera and ContolScan MSS were the largest in the company’s history. The success of the company’s strategy uniquely positions PDI to connect to every point along the downstream petroleum supply chain, from the rack to the convenience store and to the end consumer.

“PDI is building on last year’s accomplishments with plans to invest $100M in product innovation over the next 5 years,” said Linnea Geiss, COO at PDI. “We’re proud to be headquartered in Georgia and look forward to continuing to grow our local presence.”

Applicants were required to submit three years of revenue and employment data, which were validated by Cherry Bekaert LLP. Qualified applicants were then evaluated and interviewed by an ACG Selection Committee tasked with choosing the final 40 honorees.

“PDI Software is a great example of a company thriving and growing their business globally from a base in Atlanta,” added Melanie Brandt, President and CEO, ACG Atlanta. “They’ve taken advantage of the deep pool of experienced executives combined with a rich ecosystem for early-career technology professionals. We are delighted to honor them again this year.”

All companies on the list are for-profit and headquartered in Georgia with year-end revenues ranging from $500 million to $1 billion.

“We are honored to be named among Georgia’s most dynamic companies,” said Jimmy Frangis, CEO at PDI. “We experienced incredible growth last year, with a record number of customer wins, a strong M&A execution engine, and the addition of over 100 new hires around the world to support our growth.”
